In a production enterprise, it is necessary to constantly develop methods in every subject. Otherwise, everything becomes monotonous and the enterprise cannot compete with enterprises engaged in the same activities, which causes the enterprise to be deleted from that sector.The team that will make these improvements;
1- Selection of people who are educated in this field and also full of intense experience,
2- To be selected from the people who can use the computer program and / or programs related to the job to be done or to be selected from the people who have taken professional development courses on this subject,to be chosen from people with wide design power,
3- To be chosen from those who closely follow the innovations (technological and other…) in this sector,
4- By giving importance to customer surveys, choosing from experts who can determine what they like (model, color, etc.), dattention must be paid.
The team formed by bringing the above mentioned together;
1-Determining the current status of the company,
2-Determining what needs to be done to ensure that the product to be produced is error-free and in compliance with quality standards as soon as possible.
3- In order to realize these, negotiating about the possibilities of the enterprise and what can be done (for example, should a design expert be recruited or R&D creation)
4- Determining the weaknesses of the business in the current situation, (job blindness, insufficient efficiency, etc.) should work on such issues.
In addition, it should be ensured that different products are produced by making changes on the products currently produced in the enterprise.
After all these studies are carried out, for example, a leaf of a chamomile can be reproduced to create a pattern and apply to the product. Because people always prefer different but beautiful, cheap and high quality products for long-term use. Of course, we should not forget the concept of fashion. An example form is shown below.
Before entering into a process that starts with the receipt of the order and continues until mass production, it is very important that the product requested by the customer is of the desired quality and standards, that the product is accepted for mass production and that it is not rejected by the customer. Here, the sample requested by the customer, that is, the product size set (such as XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL, ……) is in the desired qualities. The points that need to be paid attention to are;
1-All the features related to the order from the customer should be taken down to the fine details. Details about this product are written on a form or leaflet that has been created and will always be kept. The desired product is also stapled to this leaflet.
2-This customer sheet is sent to the relevant department by the person or persons assigned to this job, not by random people.
3- The yarn and properties of the sample (number, twist, type, etc.)
4- Due to its pattern and product density (cm), its weight should be
5-Accessories to be used (in the sample or specified by the customer)
6-Production of the sample (The raw quality control must be done here. It is inevitable.)
7-The necessary finishing and finishing processes should be done carefully. It should be done by experienced qualified personnel.
8-After this stage, the finished product quality control should be done.
9-According to the product feature and model (confection), work and operations should be done very carefully.
10- If there are problems, the above steps are repeated and the product is produced. (Sample)
The customer wants the product he ordered to have the features he wants. This is inevitable.
In order for the above-mentioned works and processes to be at the desired level;
1-The yarn must be of the desired quality.
2-It should be at the desired frequency. (the frequency affects the weight of the product, its touch.
3- The quality of accessory materials must be desired.
4-Assembling (product collar, sleeve, etc.) must be of high quality workmanship.
5-If the sample is liked, it should be within the time requested by the customer when mass production is started.
6-The weight of production. piece. metre,…. The analysis procedures required according to the amount should be done correctly.
7-The required amount of yarn (it is in stock and if it is insufficient, the yarn to be purchased will be caused due to the inconsistency of the lot, which is a very bad situation)
8- If it is not in stock, it should be investigated whether there will be a problem with the purchase by taking into account the waste according to the required yarn number, type and number, and taking into account the commercial moisture amounts in the yarn purchase. In other words, when the order is accepted, there should be no difficulties in purchasing the necessary yarn before mass production is started.
An issue that should not be ignored is that quality controls must be carried out meticulously at every stage (starting from the analysis ………..) according to the desired characteristics of the sample. Otherwise, the product will receive a rejection approval.
In order for these stages to be positive, there should be qualified personnel, there should be no professional blindness, there should not be insidious discussions between people in the department (if any, precautions should be taken). If this exists, it is natural that the product is rejected by the customer.
And if there are quality control personnel in the enterprise, they should be passed through a professional development seminar on the subject at the workplace. If there is no such unit, a quality control unit should be established.
Whatever you do, as long as you do not perform quality control at every stage and if you do not do method development studies in faulty operations in the enterprise, it is possible to experience problems at every stage.
