RL-monorail (plate) flat weft knitting machine (cotton machine)

In cotton machines, there is a single needle bed and it is possible to obtain colorful patterned knitted structures without yarn skipping on the back side with the movement of the latch needles together or separately according to the pattern type. Knitted fabrics produced on this machine RL- plain weave is called. They are generally used in the production of thick sweaters.

    RR-double rail-plate (v bed-plate) flat weft knitting machine :

Unlike cotton machines, these machines have an extra bed. In this machine, the bearings are positioned at an angle of 45° to each other and the latch needles pass through each other and move without any impact. With this machine, it is possible to produce fabrics in all kinds of patterns.

The fabrics produced in these machines are called RR or in other words rib knitting..

These braids are due to their very high transverse elasticity. Also called rubber knit. Very different rib structures can be obtained with the needle reduction method. Any number of needles can be canceled in each bed, as well as all needles in a bed can be canceled if desired. It is the most widely used knitting machine type in the industry.

LL-harosha flat weft knitting machine: Harosha machines have two needle beds in the same plane, and needles with hooks on both ends form the harosha knitting by looping from one end to the other. With the advantage of needles with hooks on both ends, both reverse and straight rows of loops can be formed in the same knitting. In the simplest form, rib knits had both reverse and straight loops along the bars, which increased the transverse elasticity. It is similar in Harosha buildings. In the simplest form, since there are straight and reverse rows, the longitudinal elasticity is very high in these structures. The simplest harosha structure is 1x1 harosha. But if desired, 2x1, 3x1 etc. It is also possible to obtain harosha structures.

RL-monorail (Plate) circular weft knitting machine:

It has a working principle similar to that of RL-monorail flat weft knitting machines. Knitted structures are obtained by working with latch needles either individually or together. The only difference is that the needle bed is not flat but round.

RR-double bed (Plate) circular weft knitting machine (interlock):

In this type of knitting machines, the needle beds are positioned at an angle of 90º to each other and are called the cylinder cover. In both bearings that rotate at the same time, latch needles are used and the needles move back and forth. When the needles in the two beds rise, if they pass between each other, ribs are formed, if they correspond to each other, interlock knitting is formed.

LL-double bed (Plate) circular weft knitting machine:

In this type of machines, in which needles with hooks on both ends are used, the needles make up and down movements on two cylinder-cylinder shaped beds to form harosha knits similar to the flat bed knitting machine. These types of machines are generally used in the production of socks.
