Narrow weaving machines eccentric, dobby or jacquard mouthpiece opening system working with special machines.
It differs from other wide-width weaving machines. The warp is prepared directly on the weaving beam of suitable dimensions. In the weaving machine, one or more tapes (passes) are woven simultaneously and the warp of each passage is usually fed independently.
Weft insertion system can be with shuttle or needle. The shuttle system is generally used in multi-color productions. Next to each weaving passage, there is a single shuttle that feeds the weft in that belt, or more than one shuttle for multi-colored wefts. In the needle weft insertion system, for each passage, one or more weft needles carry the weft to the shed with an angled rotation movement. In narrow weaving machines that do not have a separate weft insertion system for each passage, the fabric is woven as a whole. These fabrics, produced from thermoplastic fiber yarns, are cut into strips by burning apparatus placed on the machine. Weavings produced as product labels on jacquard weaving machines are generally produced by this method.
