Capping System and Features
It is the type of rapport used in fabrics that will be printed within certain limits, such as scarves and handkerchiefs. The unit rapport is prepared in 1/2, 1/4 and 1/8 ratios for the patterns to be applied with the capping rapport technique. The unit rapport is closed at an angle of 180° to each other. In a sense, it is the coincidence of the motif with its mirror image.
Pattern Application According to the Capping System
1-The pattern to be covered and the proportions of the capping process are determined (1/2–1/4–1/8). The unit report is drawn.
2-The process steps are started to be implemented considering the reporting rate.
3-The unit rapport is first covered by 180°.
4- The unit rapport is capped 180° to its opposite corner again.
