    Remaiöz machine is a machine that performs collar, band, pat, pocket, side seam and elastic sewing processes of flat knitted products prepared for sewing in flat knitted garments. This machine, which chain stitches flat knit fabrics with stretching feature, is the main sewing machine of flat knitted garments.

    Parts and Functions of Remaiser Machine






    It is the section on which thread bobbins are placed, which is used for easy unwinding of sewing thread from above.


    It is the part where the components that provide the transfer of movement are located, on which the turning lever, tension, tension wire, thread guide knuckle bar, upper guard and hook are located.


    It is the part where the components that provide the transfer of movement, the lower thread guide, the tension spring and the needle are located, the pressure arm that activates the lock system, the may, the marking circle and the lower guard.

    Types of Remaiser Machine:

    1-Single-thread remaiso machine

    They are machines that create chain stitches with a single thread. Single-thread remeiöz suture has the feature of easy disassembly.

    2-double-thread remeiose machine

    They are machines that create chain stitches with double thread. The formed seams are strong and stretchy.

    3-Overlock reamer machine

    These are the machines that do the overlock and remevision stitches together.

    Remaiser Machines

    Remaiser machine is a machine that sews flat knitted fabrics attached to steel balls on a circular pulley. The top of the foot section of the drum machine has the ability to rotate 360 ​​degrees to the right and to the left.

    Those who use this machine are called remaiözists. In mass production, two mutualists work in a remaioz machine. One of the reamerists attaches the lower part of the product to be sewn to the machine, while the other attaches the upper part and starts the machine by pressing the pedal. This process continues serially. Thus, sewing is done one after the other without breaking the thread. A gap of 1-1,5 cm is left between the two sewn pieces, and the two pieces are separated by cutting from the seam in this gap.

    Overlock machine is a special machine for sewing flat knitted fabrics. It saves time and manpower by doing the remayoz and overlock stitches together. First, combine the parts of plain knitted fabrics to be overlocked with a double row of remaiöz stitch. After assembling, it cuts the excess (waste) of the parts with the knife system and draws the excess of the part to its own tank by means of vacuum. Makes overlock stitching after cutting .

    Numbering Systems of Remaiser Machine

    Remaiser machine numbers are classified as 3-5-6-7-8-10-12-14-16. The larger the number, the thinner the machine thickness. In other words, number 3 is the thickest machine and number 16 is the thinnest machine. The thickness of the machine to be used should be suitable for the thickness of the product to be sewn. For example, it is possible to sew a collar band knitted in knitting machine number 7 or 8, but only in remaiöz machine number 10.

    The number of the machine is measured by the thickness of the mines on it. The number of mays corresponding to 1 inch (1 inch = 2,54 cm) indicates the machine number.




    The needle thicknesses to be used in the remaioz machine are directly proportional to the may thickness of the remaioz machine. It is very important to choose a needle suitable for the thickness of the machine. For example, only machine needle no. 12 should be used in the 12-numbered remaioz machine.

    Stitch Formation in Remegio Machine

    The sewing process takes place by forming a chain stitch sequence with threads and loops connected to each other with the help of a needle and hook. The chain stitch has the ability to stretch against stretching. The appearance of the stitch on the fabric is a chain stitch on one side and a straight machine stitch on the other. There are varieties of chain stitch forming machines at the top and those forming the bottom stitches.

    Remaiöz machines create chain stitches as single thread and double thread according to their characteristics.

    1-Single thread chain stitch formation

    The hook holds the loop formed by the thread coming from the needle in the same position until the next descent of the needle and passes through it, and the stitch is formed.





    2-Double thread chain stitch formation

    The needle and the hook enter the loops that they form one after the other, and a chain is formed from the loops.




    Usage Area of ​​Remegio Machine

    Needle Insertion into the Machine

    When it is necessary to change the needle in the remevision machine, the machine is rotated with the help of the arm so that the needle comes forward. Then the screw of the bed where the needle is attached is loosened and the needle is released. The needle is removed and a new one is inserted. When inserting the new needle, it must be ensured that the needle is fully seated in the needle bed. The needle is replaced by tightening the screw of the slot that holds the needle that you are sure is seated in place.

    Threading the Machine

    The threading process of the two-thread reamer machine and the use of the machine are explained below. In single thread reamer machines, the thread is only attached to the needle or hook, depending on the machine's characteristics.



    The reason you bring the needle to the lowest level is that when the needle is at the top point, the thread is clamped by the thread brake and the unwinding does not occur. When the needle is lowered, the thread brake is released and yarn extraction takes place. In order to observe this situation, the lower cover is opened, the movement of the thread brake is examined by holding the end of the thread and moving the needle up and down with the turning handle.

    Process steps for attaching a needle to the rameger machine:

    1-Remegio machine, remegio machine needle, screwdriver, allen or wrench are prepared.

    ( Here, care must be taken to choose a screwdriver, allian or wrench suitable for the needle screw of the machine and the needle suitable for the thickness of the Remegio machine.)

    2-The needle is moved forward using the turning handle and the needle screw is loosened. (Be careful to turn the dial clockwise.)

    3-The machine needle is placed in its slot with the needle channel facing down. (Note that the machine needle has entered the slot well.)




    4- Tighten the needle screw. (Make sure that the needle screw is tightened well, if the screw is not tightened well, the screw may jump out when the machine is running. )





    5-The position of the needle is controlled by using the turning handle. (Make sure that the needle does not hit the hook or the springs.)

    Threading the Remaiser Machine

    1-Remaiöz machine, sewing threads (2 pieces), flat knitted waste fabric and handicraft scissors are prepared.

    2-The threads are placed on the thread stand in the arbor. (While placing the threads on the thread stand, care must be taken to place the lower thread in the direction of the lower thread, and the upper thread in the most suitable stand in the direction of the upper thread.)

    3-The upper and lower threads are attached as shown in the diagram below. (If the upper and lower threading of the machine is different, then care should be taken to thread the upper thread according to the diagram in the machine's user manual.)




    4-Attach the fire fabric to the mines of the machine as a double layer from right to left. (a-When attaching the fire fabric, the excess of the fabric is kept down. b-The fabric is placed on the plaits with the thumb and forefinger of the right hand)




    5-In order to bring the head of the machine to the starting point of the fabric, the pressure lever that activates the lock system is pressed by taking the needle to the lowest level with the turning lever. When the machine is locked, the head of the machine can be easily moved to the desired direction. The head of the machine is brought to the starting point of the fabric. (The head cannot be moved without locking the head of the machine.)






    6-The lower and upper shields of the machine are closed. (If the upper and lower guards of the machine are not closed, the fabric will come out of the mines)

    7- The ends of the upper and lower threads are held with the left hand and the turning handle is turned a few turns clockwise to allow the hook to pick up the thread loop on the needle.






    8-The fabric is sewn by pressing the pedal. (When the machine reaches the end of the fabric, the foot is removed from the pedal. Sewing is not done when there is no fabric in the mines of the machine.





    9- When the sewing process is finished, the needle is brought to the lowest level and the trenches are opened, the fabric is removed from the meshes from right to left, and the threads are lengthened a little and the thread ends are cut with scissors. (Be careful not to break the seam in a single-thread remeison machine.)






    10- Threading is reinforced by repeating the process many times. (A sewing trial is also done each time to check whether it is attached correctly.)
