Flat (Full) Rapport System and Features
It is the easiest form of reporting. It is a rapport system obtained by repetition of the pattern motifs in the weft and warp directions of the fabric, at right angles. It is generally preferred in patterns that will not create a path.
Pattern Application According to the Flat (Full) Rapport System
1-Unit report dimensions are determined.
2- With the help of drawing tools, the rapport square is drawn as four axes. The accuracy of the axle drawing is checked by overlapping the axles on opposite sides (A to C, B to D). Since the slips in the axes will cause slips in the pattern in the rapport repetition, they should be seated correctly.
3- In accordance with the design principles, a pattern is drawn inside the unit report area. Arrangements are made on the motifs that go beyond the rapport in the pattern. During this arrangement, additional motifs can be used or deductions can be made without disturbing the character of the pattern.
4-In the rapport repetitions made to the top and to the sides, the opposite corners are placed by considering the motifs overflowing from the rapport area.
5-The unit report becomes ready.
6-Unit rapport is reproduced vertically and horizontally at right angles to each other in accordance with the full rapport rule. The general form of the pattern motif remains unchanged during this reproduction.
7-The report can be reproduced sideways and upwards with as many additions as desired.
APPLICATION
To prepare a pattern report on a 24x24 area, prepare the necessary materials and make a print pattern by following the procedure below.
1-Cut your unit rapport dimensions on the sketch paper with at least 2 cm space on each side. (For example, for a unit report of 20x20 cm, specify an area of 24x24 cm.
2-Take into account the margins, draw four axes equidistant from each other.
3-Check that the axles sit on each other clearly.
4-Make the pattern design inside the unit rapport.
5-Fix the unit report you have prepared on the lighted table and proceed to reporting by fixing a new sketch paper on the unit report.
6-Continue the reporting process. For this, take out the sketch paper that you fixed on the top and place it to the right of the first report square that we have drawn.
7-Continue reporting by duplicating your report for the third time.
8-Continue reporting by duplicating your report for the fourth time.
9-Transfer the pattern you prepared to the picture paper and determine the colors you will use.
10-Paint the pattern you have prepared.
