    This furnisor system does not have a pulley system. A separate recorder is installed for each system. The biggest feature of this technology is that it is managed by sensors. For example, as a requirement of the pattern, the color connected in a system should skip 5-6 needles. In the pulley system, in these cases, the rope will loosen as the furnisor continues to rotate at the same speed, but this does not occur in the recording furnior. Because as soon as the yarn is not knitting, it immediately notices the loosening and stops. Then, when the needles to be knitted by the system arrive, when the knitting starts, it detects the tension and starts the yarn delivery at constant tension. Thanks to this furnier, vertical lines caused by the setting of the fabrics are prevented.

     

    Fabric drafting in jacquard knitting machines is usually sensored. because it is not fixed how many rows the machine knits in one round.

     

    After making all the necessary settings on the machine, some fabric should be knitted for sampling. Knitting the sample fabric in jacquard fabrics is important in two respects: The first is the control of the basic knitting fault, and the second is the pattern control.

     

    Jacquard fabrics should be handled more carefully when checking. First of all, it should be checked whether the fabric is in the desired weight. Then, the fabric should be cut large enough to show a complete pattern repetition and the pattern distribution should be checked.

     

    The fabric with all controls may not have the desired properties. In this case, changes should be made in the machine settings for the desired features. If the sample has the desired property, the production of the fabric should be started. It should be noted that the same number of yarn is placed in the machine creels during production. If the produced machine is working for a long time, it should be checked by cutting samples from the fabric at certain intervals.
